Hey guys! Long time no book review. I’m stoked to be sharing a new one today! My book club’s January pick was Icebreaker by Hannah Grace, and we’re meeting up tomorrow to discuss it. So, I thought I would share my thoughts with you guys!

I personally really enjoyed this book! I gave it 4/5 stars on Goodreads. It was right up my alley. It had romance and sports. Which had me hooked from the beginning! I loved the hockey scenes in this book and the figure skating scenes. I was introduced to a lot of things about figure skating that I did not know!

One thing about this story that I really enjoyed was the pacing! While it was long by romcom standards, Hannah Grace did a great job of pacing the plot.I also loved the characters. Um, NATE HAWKINS. He was an absolutely amazing mmc. He was a great person and a great boyfriend, which we all know is the best combo ever!! I also loved how real the side characters felt!

All in all, I really loved this book. I loved Hannah Grace’s writing style, and I will definitely be reading her other books! Have you read Icebreaker? What were your thoughts?
