OUAI Hairmask Review

I received this product for free from Influenster for testing purposes. However, the opinions in the following blog post are all my own.

Hey guys! I am so excited to share today’s post with you all today. So, last month I received OUAI’s new hair mask to test out. I got it from Influenster (a service that sends products out for free to bloggers/influencers to test) for free. And I thought I would write a post for you guys. Without further ado, let’s get into it!

Over the past few years, I have tried a couple of products from OUAI and I’ve always been pretty impressed with them. I’ve tried their leave-in conditioner and their wave spray. So, when I found out that I would be getting this hair mask, I was really excited to try it out!

I’ve been using this mask once a week and I can really tell that it hydrates my hair. I think the recommendation is to use it one/two times, more if your hair is dehydrated. My hair isn’t, so it’s been once a week for me. I can seriously tell a difference in my hair.

It feels softer and silkier after each use! Which is ALWAYS a plus! (It also smells so dang good!)

Something else that I like about this product is that it helps combat damage/split ends. Which I have a lot of. So, the fact that it helps repair the damage is a plus. I’ve noticed that it definitely does repair your ends. Mine look a lot better after using this mask than they typically do!

This product is on the pricey side (at least I think it is lol). It’s $38 for a tub. However, this tub will last for a while if you only use it one/two times a week. I’ve been using it for about 5 weeks now and I’ve barely made a dent.

Tom Ford Black Orchid Perfume Review

Hey guys! Happy Tuesday. I’m excited to be sharing a new post with you guys today. I received Tom Ford’s Black Orchid Perfume for free for testing purposes from Influenster a few weeks ago and today I’m reviewing it!

This product came in a gold box and it really just screams luxury. The bottle is also gold, again totally screams luxury. This perfume smells like flowers but it has warm scents to it as well.

A few weeks ago, I heard a girl describe YSL’s Libre as “smelling like money” and I honestly feel the same way about this perfume. It’s very luxurious and sophisticated. It’s definitely a splurge, but if you’re looking for a modern and glamour perfume, this is definitely for you!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Mascara Review

Hey, y’all and happy Monday. I hope you guys are having a good day. I know the past couple of weeks have been absolutely crazy. However, on the blog and Instagram, I’m trying to keep things as lighthearted and normal as possible. That being said, there will be three new posts up this week.

I’m excited to share today’s post with y’all. So Influenster is a great service! They send complimentary things to people and let them try and review them. Well, I received the new Anastasia Beverly Hills mascara last week and today I’m reviewing it. I got this mascara for free for testing purposes.

I’m a big mascara girl y’all, so I was super excited to get this in the mail! And to be completely honest I really like it.

The packaging is really neat, I love the color scheme. This mascara goes on well and doest clump. *hallelujah* and if you put two or three coats on, you get an even more dramatic effect.

Tatcha Products Review

Hey you guys! Happy 2019! Today I’m sharing a fun post with y’all. I’ll be reviewing two products from Tatcha. I received both The Essence and the Violet-C Brightening Serum from Influenster for free for testing purposes. When I first saw that I was getting products from Tatcha I got SO excited.

Okay so first off the packaging was great. I loved that even though I got these products through Influenster they came in a cute package. They had this really cute blue and white washi tape on them when I took them out the box. The packing was sleek and really aesthetically pleasing.

I used the Essence first and I was blown away with how soft it made my skin feel! You don’t have to use much. A little really goes a long way, but it made my skin feel more refreshed and softer almost instanly. I have been using it in the morning and at night and I can really tell a difference in my skin.

I’ve also been using the Violet-C Brightening Serum. I have really liked it. One of my favorite things about it is the fact that it has a pump! It is so easy to get the perfect amount. I use this before I apply makeup and I really do feel like it is great for refreshing your skin and brightening it prior to applying foundation.

If you are in the market for new skincare products I suggest Tatcha! They have great quality products. I have loved using these two.

Covergirl Matte Made Foundation Review

I love makeup, I might not be the best at doing it, but I still love to do it! Last week I got a package from Influenster, it was Covergirls TruBlend Matte Made Foundation and their TruBlend Face Primer.

I really like the packaging of both the foundation and the primer! The foundation has a pump on it and Y’ALL I love that. It makes everything so much easier. I just put a little bit of foundation on the back of my hand and use my beauty blender to apply the foundation. I have been adding another foundation to the Covergirl one just because I picked a color that was a little too dark for me. But adding the lighter foundation helps! But honestly this foundation from Covergirl has great coverage and it blends really well!! The only thing I don’t like is the color, and that was my fault (lol).

I also received Covergirls TruBlend Primer. This primer is good y’all! I went to see Taylor Swift last weekend and this was the primer that I put on before I did my makeup. I jumped around for hours and I was pretty sweaty and gross by the time the night was over but my makeup stayed in place really well!! I recommend this primer if you need a longlasting one!
