I must confess I own entirely too much makeup. I get it, I have a problem. I thought it would be super fun to share my updated beauty favorites with you guys! The last time I did this was in November. So without further ado, let’s get into the post!
1. Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara – This mascara has become my absolute favorite. I was introduced to it in one of my boxes from the Sephora Play! subscription. After I used it a few times I knew I would have to go and buy the full sized item. I bought it in December after Christmas and y’all I can not recommend this mascara enough! It goes on easily and with just a coat or two, it leaves your lashes looking full!
2. Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss in Kristen – After Christmas, I went shipping and bought two packs of NYX Matte lipsticks. Personally, I really like how matte lipsticks look but sometimes I wanna change it up and wear gloss! This lipgloss from Anastasia Beverly Hills came in my January 2018 Sephora Play box! I’ve really enjoyed it, the shade is great and I like the finish it leaves on my lips.
3. Fresh Rose Floral Toner – I had wanted to try rosewater for a while and last month in my Sephora Play box I got this rose floral toner. I LOVE IT. It smells so good. I don’t apply it every day and some days I only apply it at nighttime. I love the way my skin feels after I use it. My skin really feels fresh and clean!
4. tatre Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Bush – I got this blush in December from Sephora as a part of their birthday gifts. If you’re a part of their rewards system then you can get a free gift during your birthday month. I’ve been really impressed with this blush. It’s in a shade called Paaarty and I think you can actually purchase the full size one at your local Sephora! if you’re looking for a long lasting blush I totally recommend this one!
5. Tarteist Lash Paint Mascara – If you know me then you know that I love mascaras. If I leave home in the morning and don’t wear much makeup, I’m still probably wearing mascara. After I bought the full sized Marc Jacobs mascara (literally like the next week) Ulta had all of the Tarte mascaras on sale for 10 dollars. So I went and shamelessly bought another mascara. I love this one! Some days I’ll wear the Marc Jacobs one and then other days I wear the Tarte one. It’s always good to have options!
6. Tartelette Eyeshadow Palette – I got this palette for Christmas. I actually ordered it from Tarte’s website and it was over half off. Unfortunately, it’s full price again but honestly, I think it is so worth it. I’m not the best at eyeshadow but this palette makes it fairly easy! I can’t wait to try the other Tarte eyeshadow palettes!
7. Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipstick – This is the matte lipstick that I bought after Christmas. I really do like this product and if you like the way matte lipsticks look on you, I would totally recommend these NYX lip lingerie liquid lipsticks!
8. Gabrielle by Chanel – I genuinely love this fragrance. I’m not a huge fan of Chanel’s fragrances, however, this one smells really good. I got a sample of it and now I really want more. I love wearing it!
