Peek Into My Week Vol. 4

It’s been kinda crazy around here this week! I actually didn’t have class on Monday because of the hurricane. Luckily the upstate of South Carolina just got some rain and heavy winds. Please continue to pray for the coast of South and North Carolina and all of the other areas affected by the storm.

So I didn’t have class on Monday and I actually don’t have any classes on Tuesday. So after a long weekend, I went back to class on Wednesday.  I successfully taught my first lesson to the sweetest third-grade class on Thursday!! (I’m an education major haha) I also passed a test this week that I was super stressed about with a 96! It’s been a crazy week, but it’s been a good one.

What Books I’m Reading 

So I’ve decided to alternate between different topics since these are weekly post!! This a new part where I’ll be sharing the books I’m reading. I have this really bad habit of reading more than one book at a time, I also do this with TV shows. Well, right now I’m reading The Girl on the Train and Little Fires Everywhere. The Girl on the Train is really good! I’m not gonna lie it took a little bit for me to actually get into it, but the story itself is good. If you’re looking for a good thriller, I recommend it!!

Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng is also very good!! I’m not very far into it, but I know I’m going to love it!

What I’m Listening To

Okay, y’all I LOVE country music. And I love Carrie Underwood. Her new album Cry Pretty came out this past weekend and I’ll definitely be listening to it on repeat for forever!!
