Happy Friday! We made it to the weekend, thank goodness! I realized when I was writing this post that I haven’t done a Peek Into My Week since April! But, I’m so glad to be posting a new one today!
I’m not gonna lie my schedule is crazy right now. I’m in my last semester of classes right now and those meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday night. I’m also in a placement right now and teaching some! Technically I have two placements, and I go to those on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday! It’s so busy but it’s been a good semester so far.
So without further ado, let’s get into the post! I’m dying to share some of my favorite things with y’all!
What I’m Reading
Okay, so last weekend I read All We Ever Wanted by Emily Giffin. It wasn’t the book I was expecting from Emily Giffin, however, I really enjoyed it! It tells the story of a rich family in Nashville and how they become involved in a pretty scandalous situation. It was a great book and I HIGHLY recommend it!
When I went to the library on Tuesday to drop off All We Ever Wanted, I spent forever trying to find a good book. My library branch is pretty small and they didn’t seem to have many books that are on my TBR list. I finally found one that looked really good. It’s called The Women in the Castle. It takes place in Germany after WWII. It tells the story of three women who must go on with their lives after their husbands are killed during the war. I’m only a few chapters in, but so far I really like it!
What I’m Watching
I’ve been watching Reign! It’s on Netflix. If you’re a fan of period dramas you should give it a try!
I’ve also been rewatching Friends! I’ve seen it a hundred times, but I swear it never gets old.
