So, today on the blog, I’m sharing my night time routine. I was planning on sharing both my morning and night time routines, but I must admit my current morning routine is so bad. Since I’ve been working from home, it consist of me getting out of bed with a very short amount of time to spare lol. So, hopefully, I’ll improve my morning routine soon and then share it with y’all. I definitely have a much more structured night time routine.
1. Turn my TV on & chill out
So, the first thing I do is either turn my tv to the news (I find myself watching the news more and more these days and I can’t tell if it’s a sign that I’m getting older or what) or a movie (usually an old one lol). If it’s early, then I chill and watch tv/ scroll IG and TikTok.
2. Get myself water
Okay, I’m a huge water drinker lol. I love it. So, I always have to go to bed with a cup of water on my bedside table. And it 100% needs to be iced water lol.
3. Skincare / brush teeth
I’ve just recently changed my skin care routine up. (If you want to see an updated routine on the blog let me know!) Before I go to bed I apply toner and serum (both from Good Molecules), hyaluronic acid (from The Ordinary), moisturizer (from belif), and I always put something on my lips. It might be Carmex or it might be my Laneige Lip Mask. I’m 100% trying to make skincare a priority this year. I just feel like it’s so important. Then I brush my teeth with my Sonicare toothbrush. Having an electric toothbrush is a GAME CHANGER.
Then I’m ready to sleep lol. 🙂
It’s not a crazy routine, but it works for me!
