Hey guys and happy Monday! I hope that you all had a great holiday weekend. I cannot believe that we’re already 7 months into 2020. While this year has felt like it’s dragging, it also feels like it should still be March?? It’s all just been so weird.

I’m really excited to share today’s post with you guys. If you know me, you know I like to read. One of my goals for 2020 is to diversify my bookshelf. I picked up Alisha Rai’s The Right Swipe at Target back last month.  And while I was at the beach a few weeks back I read it and I could NOT put down. 

I love a good contemporary romance novel. This one definitely checked all of my boxes. It was relatable and easy to read. I also really came to like the characters. The two main ones were really likable and I could see myself wanting to hang out with them IRL.

It’s about a guy and girl who meet on a dating app (which is so relevant to the world we live in and I loved that!!) and they have a one night stand. Then after the fact they end up meeting again. I found myself super invested in Rhiannon, a developer for a dating app herself and Samson, a retired football player.

This book grabbed my attention from the very beginning and I am so glad that I read it. I highly recommend it and I cannot wait to read Alisha Rai’s other novels!

Covergirl Pressed Powder & Concealer Review

Hey guys, happy July 1st! I cannont believe that we’re 7 months into 2020. This year has been so different but I really think it’s been a year full of learning for me personally. 

I’m excited to bring today’s post to you guys. I’m reviewing a couple of Covergirl makeup products! First up, I’ll be talking about the Covergirl Clean Fresh Pressed Powder. I loved this product and I’ll probably be buying it again once I use it all. It keeps my makeup locked in and gives my foundation a flawless finish. Also, the packaging is the cutest. I’m a sucker for anything pink. 

The second product that I recieved was the Covergirl Clean Fresh Hydrating Concealer. I do like thie product. It is easy to apply and gets the job done. However, I have nornally use the elf concealer and that’s my personal favortie. But, this concealer is good and comes at a great price point. It’s also vegan! It’s great if you’re going for a natural look!

5 Reality Shows to Watch Right Now

Hey guys and happy Wednesday! I’m excited to share a new post today. I’m sharing 5 reality tv shows that you should watch!! Reality tv is one of my favorite things in the whole world lol and today I’m recommending 5 shows, giving you a synopsis, and telling you where you can watch them! So, let’s get into the post!

1. America’s Next Top Model
Okay, so I remember watching this show when I was in middle school and it is SO entertaining. If you don’t know, it’s a show where women compete to become the next big thing in modeling. They travel and go through different challenges. It’s hosted by Tyra Banks and has some hilarious one-liners. 
Where to watch: Amazon (Seasons 1-14 included with Prime)
2. Real Housewives of Orange County (Or any of the Real Housewives shows tbh)
Okay, so the Real Housewives franchise is probably my favorite. And Orange County is my favorite series within it. There is always some kind of drama going on between the ladies and it’s just so entertaining to see all that they go through. Also, watching the OC makes me want to travel to California so badly!
Where to watch: Hulu (Seasons 1-13) & Bravo Website (Season 14)
3. Queer Eye 
This is such a feel-good show for me and every time I watch an episode, I cry. Queer Eye follows the Fab 5 (Tan France, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, Antoni Porowski, and Bobby Berk) travel around the world and give makeovers that really go deeper than just the outside!
Where to watch: Netflix (5 Seasons)
4. Selling Sunset
Okay, I only started watching this show last week but I’m hooked already. This show follows the real estate agents at the Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles. I love real estate shows so much. Lol, it’s such a random obsession. Again I love watching shows in LA mostly because I really wanna go there. 
Where to watch: Netflix (2 Seasons)
5. Million Dollar Listings New York
I’ve watched this show for years. It’s another real estate show and I can’t get enough of those haha. I love getting to see high dollar apartments in NYC. These homes are so beautiful! Million Dollar Listing also has a show based in LA.
Where to watch: Bravo website (there are a few different seasons with full episodes)
